Tina Krouskop - Director
I have served as Director of Glenwood since March 2013. I have truly grown to love the staff, children and families as part of my family. I grew up in Ohio but in my adult life have lived in Central California, West Texas, Los Angeles area, Western Pennsylvania, Philadelphia area and now back to Ohio. I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Christian Education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 1985, was ordained an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 1998 and received my Director’s Credential from Slippery Rock University/Penn State Branch in 2009. I have served as a Day Care or School Administrator since December 1985 as well as a Children/Youth/Music and Associate Pastor all across the country. I am married to my best friend (Mr. Greg). We have 2 sons – Derek is a veteran of the US Army and lives in Washington; our youngest graduates high school in May 2015 and is studying Automotive Technology at the Greene County Career Center. I love to sing, play my trumpet and watch NCIS!
Whitney Cassady - Assistant Director
I first started working at Glenwood in 1999. I worked here part time and went to Ohio Dominican University full time. In December of 2003 I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Middle Childhood Education. I left Glenwood in 2004 to work as a long-term substitute teacher. I returned to Glenwood in 2006 and have been here ever since. I have had the opportunity to work in all the rooms with every age group over the years. In 2013 I took on the role of Assistant Director, I handle PFCC and Step Up to Quality. I love getting to interact with all the kiddos and watching them grow! I have three daughters who have all attended the center since they were six weeks old and a bonus son who attends the school age program. Glenwood has become our home away from home, we love our Glenwood family!
